Accessibility & Mobile Service Policy

At All Hands Working Massage, we are a fully mobile massage service and strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and accessible experience for every client. Because services are performed in your home or chosen location, the following accessibility guidelines apply:

Service Location Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing a space that:

• Is clean, safe, and free of hazards

• Has adequate room for a massage table or chair setup (approximately 6 ft x 10 ft)

• Allows for safe entry and exit for the therapist and equipment

• Maintains a comfortable room temperature

If these conditions are not met upon arrival, the session may be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Accessibility Accommodations

We are committed to making services as accessible as possible and will make reasonable accommodations, including:

• Adjusting table height or positioning

• Providing chair massage if table access is not available

• Modifying techniques based on mobility or comfort needs

Clients are encouraged to communicate any mobility concerns, medical conditions, or accessibility needs at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Limitations of Mobile Service

Due to the nature of traveling massage services:

• We may not be able to safely access locations with multiple flights of stairs without assistance

• Locations without reliable parking or safe access may not be serviceable

• We are unable to provide services in environments that pose a risk to therapist safety or equipment

Client Assistance

If a location presents accessibility challenges (stairs, long distances, limited space), clients may be asked to:

• Assist with entry or provide guidance

• Ensure clear pathways for equipment setup

• Secure pets or remove obstacles prior to arrival

Right to Decline Service

For safety and accessibility reasons, All Hands Working Massage reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if the environment is deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable. In such cases, the appointment will be treated as a completed booking and no refund will be provided.

• Parking instructions

• Entry details (gates, codes, stairs, etc.)
