Massage Service Refund & Cancellation Policy

At All Hands Working Massage, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies to all appointments and events:
No Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Once an appointment or event is scheduled, payment secures your time slot and therapist availability.
Service Guarantee
​
If your therapist arrives and is unable to perform the massage due to circumstances within our control (e.g., equipment failure or therapist issue), you will receive:

A full refund, or
-
The option to reschedule at no additional cost
​
Client Responsibility
​
If a session cannot be completed due to client-related circumstances, including but not limited to:

Intoxication or impairment by drugs or alcohol

Inappropriate behavior

Unsafe or unsanitary environment

Failure to provide adequate space for service
The session will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued. Full payment will still be required.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the full fee still applied

No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable
Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-hour notice required

Cancellations made outside the notice window may be eligible for one-time rescheduling, at our discretion

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable

Agreement
By booking with All Hands Working Massage, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
