Massage Service Refund & Cancellation Policy

​

At All Hands Working Massage, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies to all appointments and events:

 

No Refund Policy

​

All bookings are non-refundable. Once an appointment or event is scheduled, payment secures your time slot and therapist availability.

 

Service Guarantee

​

If your therapist arrives and is unable to perform the massage due to circumstances within our control (e.g., equipment failure or therapist issue), you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost

​

Client Responsibility

​

If a session cannot be completed due to client-related circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Intoxication or impairment by drugs or alcohol

  • Inappropriate behavior

  • Unsafe or unsanitary environment

  • Failure to provide adequate space for service

The session will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued. Full payment will still be required.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

​

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the full fee still applied

  • No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • 24-hour notice required

  • Cancellations made outside the notice window may be eligible for one-time rescheduling, at our discretion

  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable

Agreement

 

By booking with All Hands Working Massage, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all services.
